About Us: 
We are a team of IIT Bombay and IIT Kanpur graduates with over 10 years of experience in leading SaaS companies like Rippling and MindTickle. We are starting up in SaaS and are in the final stages of launching an MVP. We are looking for a talented Frontend Developer to join us.

Role Overview: 
We're looking for a skilled part-time UI ReactJS developer to help create our Google Workspace plugin. The ideal candidate will have experience with ReactJS, Google Workspace Add-ons, and a strong understanding of user interface design principles.

Responsibilities:
Develop and implement the user interface for our Google Workspace plugin using ReactJS
Create responsive & intuitive UI components adhering to Google's Material Design guidelines
Integrate the front-end with back-end services and APIs
Optimize the plugin for maximum speed and scalability
Collaborate with the team to define, design, and ship new features
Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs

Requirements:
Prior experience working on SaaS products.
Proven experience as  ReactJS developer, particularly in building UI for web app or plugins
Familiarity with Google Workspace Add-ons development is a significant plus
Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation & the JavaScript object model
Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles
Understanding of Material UI themes and principles in a plus.
Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools
Ability to work independently
High degree of ownership and a proactive, self-driven approach.
Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements
A knack for benchmarking and optimization

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Frontend Developer with a strong focus on React Native.
Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.

Experience with RESTful APIs and integrating backend services.
Familiarity with version control systems, preferably Git.
Knowledge of modern frontend build pipelines and tools.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:
Published projects in github is a plus.
Experience with native mobile development (iOS/Android).
Knowledge of other frontend frameworks and libraries (e.g., React.js, Angular, Vue.js).
Understanding of CI/CD processes and tools.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
Experience with UI/UX design principles and tools.
