Job Summary

We are seeking a Jr. Online Analyst - CM with 0 to 1 year of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in MS Excel and domain experience in ISV and Hi-Tech. This role requires working from the office with rotational shifts. Proficiency in English is essential for this position. The candidate will play a crucial role in analyzing online data to support business decisions and improve operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze online data to identify trends and patterns that can inform business decisions.
  • Utilize MS Excel to create detailed reports and dashboards for data visualization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and interpret data requirements.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve business processes.
  • Monitor and maintain data accuracy and integrity in all reports and dashboards.
  • Support the development and implementation of data-driven strategies.
  • Assist in the creation of presentations and reports for stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular audits of data to ensure consistency and accuracy.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss findings and propose solutions.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in data analysis.
  • Work closely with the IT team to ensure seamless data integration and reporting.
  • Handle ad-hoc data requests and provide timely and accurate responses.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy and security policies.

Qualifications

  • Possess strong technical skills in MS Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • Have domain experience in ISV and Hi-Tech industries.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in English for effective communication.
  • Show ability to work in rotational shifts as required.
  • Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
