Job Role  

  1. Creates data integrity protocols and controls over business processes to ensure data management best practices.  
  2. Operationalize business intelligence solutions to highlight strengths and opportunities to meet organizational strategies, objectives, and goals.  
  3. Analyze, maintain and generate large data sets of structured, semi-structured unstructured data to discover data insights and collaborate with business partners to deliver business value.  
  4. Supports data related automation, ETL and dynamic data transfers such as API.  
  5. Performs other duties as assigned.  
  6. Supports Finance, Billing, Market Access, Product and other teams on projects by preparing adhoc analysis and presentations as required.  
  7. Identifies and project manages opportunities for process improvements through to execution.  
  8. Creates & conveys management reports, custom dashboards, visualizations and presentations.  
  9. Initiates and supports projects, initiatives, solutions and other change management.  
  10. Train team members to enable them to generate reports  
  11. Enhance RCM reports with clinical information to enable customers improve their practice operations  
  12. Use applications like Power BI, Power apps, Advance excel, SQL, R   

Candidate Requirements 

  1. At least 2 + years of relevant work experience in similar role / data analytics  
  2. Good Communication and Interpersonal skills  
  3. Strong Analytical and Problem Solving skills  
  4. Extremely organized and good time management skills  
  5. Healthcare Revenue Cycle management domain knowledge is must.  
  6. Strong Power BI, SQL and Advance Excel knowledge is a must  
  7. Knowledge of statistical tools like SAS / R preferred  
  8. Knowledge of R / Python / MSBI would be added advantage  
  9. Willingness to work in Night shifts (Rotational)
