Job Title: Associate – Data Analyst
Department: Co-founder's Office
Location: Hyderabad (Work from Office – 5 days/week)
Experience: 1-2 years 

Role Overview:

As a Data Analyst in the Co-founder’s Office, you will work directly with the leadership team on high-impact projects across strategy, operations, and business growth. This is a fast-paced role for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset, strong analytical skills, and a passion for problem-solving. You will get exposure to multiple business functions, tackle diverse challenges, and play a key role in scaling the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work on strategic initiatives, market research, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Support business operations, financial analysis, and process optimization.
  • Drive cross-functional projects across product, sales, and operations.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and dashboards for leadership.
  • Use SQL, Excel, and PowerPoint to analyze and present insights.
  • Take ownership of ad-hoc problem-solving tasks and initiatives.

What We’re Looking For:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related fields.
Experience: 1-2 years of relevant work experience in consulting, business analysis, startups, or a high-growth environment.

Skills:

  • Strong proficiency in SQL (must-have), Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset with a structured approach.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to take ownership, work cross-functionally, and adapt to new challenges.
