Atrity Junior Business Analyst Job

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will assist in gathering and analyzing business requirements, managing sprint documentation, and ensuring seamless collaboration between technical teams and stakeholders.

To succeed in this role, you should have strong communication skills, a foundational understanding of Agile methodologies, and a Business Analysis certification. This is a great opportunity for freshers or candidates with up to 6 months of experience to kickstart their career in IT.

Job Description:

Assist in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements.
Work closely with stakeholders to understand project goals and translate them into functional specifications.
Prepare and maintain sprint plans, user stories, and project documentation.
Participate in Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure clear understanding of requirements.
Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and validate implemented features against requirements.
Required Skills:
  • Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., ECBA, CCBA, or equivalent)
  • Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology
  • Experience in sprint planning and documentation
  • Good command over requirement gathering techniques
  • Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar

Soft Skills:

Qualification:

🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related field
